  1.1 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Courts) Regulations are amended as 
set out in these Regulations.

  3.1 Add at the end:
  "; (o) the Equal Opportunity Tribunal established by the Equal 
Opportunity Act 1984 of Western Australia.".
