1. Amendment


  1.1 The Customs (Narcotics Inquiries) Regulations are amended as 
set out in these Regulations.
[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpreation 
Act 1901, s 48.]

2. Schedule 1 (Warrant under subsection 219B (5) in relation to a 
particular person)


  2.1 Omit "a Judge of the       Court of             ", substitute 
"*a Judge of the                 Court of             /*a nominated 
AAT member (within the meaning of the Customs Act 1901)".

  2.2 Omit "that Judge sees fit", substitute "that *Judge /*nominated 
AAT member sees fit".

  2.3 Omit "Judge" (last occurring), substitute "*Judge /*nominated 
AAT member".
