1982 No. 80 Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations (Amendment) - REG 1

After regulation 4B of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations the
following regulation is inserted: Prohibition of importation of goods from the
Argentine Republic

"4C. (1) The importation of goods into Australia from the Argentine Republic
is prohibited.



"(2) Sub-regulation (1) does not prohibit-

   (a)  the importation of goods that were exported from the Argentine
        Republic before 8 April 1982; or

   (b)  the importation of goods by, or for the purposes of delivery to, the
        purchaser of the goods under a contract of sale entered into before 8
        April 1982.".
