6. The Schedule to the Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Citizenship) Regulations is
amended-
    (a)  by omitting "THE SCHEDULE" and substituting-

                                   "SCHEDULE

FORM 1"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following form:

DECLARATION UNDER REGON 14A
