1.   Amendment


  1.1   The Complaints (Australian Federal Police) Regulations are amended as
set out in these Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal:  see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48)

2.   Regulation 9 (Standard of proof-breach of discipline)


  2.1   Omit the regulation, substitute:
Disciplinary proceedings-standard of proof
  "9. The standard of proof required in proceedings before the Disciplinary
Tribunal is proof beyond reasonable doubt.".

3.   Application


  3.1   The amendment made by regulation 2 extends to proceedings commenced,
or concerning a matter that arose, before the date of commencement of these
Regulations.
