2. Regulation 13CA (Exportation of goods to Iraq and goods originating in Iraq)

2.1 Paragraph (4) (a): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(a) a condition or requirement of the permission has not been complied with
or, unless modified, is unlikely to be complied with; or".
