1984 No. 35 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

The Ninth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended
by inserting after Item 7 the following item:



"8 Flash discharge X-ray units (including tubes, parts and accessories
designed for use in, or in conjunction with, such units) having-

   (a)  a peak power greater than 500 megawatts;

   (b)  an output voltage greater than 500 kilovolts; and

   (c)  a pulse width less than 0.2 microsecond".
