5.1 Add at the end: National Cattle Disease Eradication Trust Account - amount
of charge

"5. (1) For the purposes of subparagraph 6A (1) (d) (v) of the Act, 30 cents
is prescribed.

"(2) For the purposes of paragraph 6A (3) (d) of the Act, 30 cents is
prescribed.".
