1981 No. 13 COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES (REDEPLOYMENT AND RETIREMENT) REGULATIONS - REG 2
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears-
"Director" means the Director, Grievance and Appeals Bureau, Office of the
Public Service Board;
"the Act" means the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act
1979 .
