Dated 7 September 2009 QUENTIN BRYCE Governor-General By Her Excellency's Command ROBERT McCLELLAND Attorney-General 1 Name of Regulations These Regulations are the Criminal Code Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 15). 2 Commencement These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered. 3 Amendment of Criminal Code Regulations 2002 Schedule 1 amends the Criminal Code Regulations 2002. Schedule 1 Amendment (regulation 3) [1] Regulation 4V substitute 4V Terrorist organisations - Lashkar-e-Tayyiba (1) For paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1 (1) of the Code, the organisation known as Lashkar-e- Tayyiba is specified.
