CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 41 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 to introduce a new Part 137 to apply to aeroplanes engaged in aerial application operations - other than rotorcraft and replace provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 (CARs) and Civil Aviation Orders (CAOs) as these currently apply to aerial agricultural operations.
