Application for variation or setting aside of award


  1. Regulation 31 of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended
by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
  "(4) Sub-regulation (3) does not apply in relation to the hearing of an
application where the hearing is in respect of a matter in relation to which
sub-section 49A (2) of the Act applies.".

Commencement


  2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 27 February 1984.
