Factor for the purposes of sub-section 6 (1A) of the Act


  1. Regulation 2A of the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted:
  " 2A. For the purposes of sub-section 6 Law, Chapter OF THE Act, the factor
is 1.4153985.".

Commencement


  2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 April 1979.
