BANKING (STATISTICS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 198 - REG 9

9.1 Subregulation 9 (1): Omit "the Reserve Bank is to prepare and publish, for
each bank:", substitute "APRA must prepare and publish for each ADI:".

9.2 Subregulation 9 (2): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(2) However, if APRA is not given relevant accounts, financial reports or
other information in relation to the banking business of an ADI, APRA is not
required to prepare and publish a balance sheet, profit and loss statement or
statement of assets and liabilities for the ADI.".
