BANKING (STATISTICS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 198 - REG 6

6. Regulation 5 (Statements of profit and loss) 
6.1 Subregulation 5 (1): Omit "a bank, other than a foreign bank,", substitute
"an ADI, except a foreign ADI,".

6.2 Paragraph 5 (2) (a):
Omit "the bank's", substitute "the ADI's".

6.3 Paragraph 5 (2) (b):
Omit "the Reserve Bank", substitute "APRA".
