BANKING (STATISTICS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 198 - REG 5

5. Regulation 4 (Balance sheets) 
5.1 Subregulation 4 (1): Omit "a bank, other than a foreign bank,", substitute
"an ADI, except a foreign ADI,".

5.2 Paragraph 4 (2) (a):
Omit "the bank's", substitute "the ADI's".

5.3 Paragraph 4 (2) (b):
Omit "the Reserve Bank", substitute "APRA".
