BANKING (STATISTICS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 198 - REG 3

3. Regulation 2 (Definitions) 
3.1 Definitions of accounting day and the Act: Omit the definitions,
substitute:

"accounting day, for an ADI, means the day fixed under regulation 3 by APRA
for the ADI.
Act means the Banking Act 1959.".
