5. Regulation 4.05 (Copy of petition, etc to be given to Official Receiver) 
5.1 Regulation 4.05:
After "3", insert "working".

5.2 Regulation 4.05: Add at the end:

"(2) The time within which, under subsection 52 (1A) of the Act, a creditor
must give a copy of a sequestration order to the Official Receiver is 2
working days after the making of the order.".
