23. New regulation 13.11

23.1 After regulation 13.10, insert in Part 13: Inspector-General may provide
information from the Index

"13.11. (1) The Inspector-General may provide to a person information that
constitutes a subset of the information held on the Index.

"(2) Where the Inspector-General provides information to a person under
subregulation (1), the Inspector-General may specify conditions that apply to
the person's use of that information.".
