13. Regulation 8.03 (Subsection 155C (2) of the Act - prescribed particulars of applicant for registration as a trustee)

13.1 Paragraph 8.03 (b): Omit "address;", substitute "address (including,
where applicable, the postal address) and telephone number;".

13.2 Paragraph 8.03 (c): Omit the paragraph, substitute:

"(c) a statement or summary of any conditions applying to the person's
entitlement to practise as a registered trustee;".
