Modifications of the Act - meetings of affected creditors
9.01. For the purposes of subsection 185A (2) of the Act, Division 5 of Part
IV of the Act is modified in accordance with Schedule 5 in relation to any
meeting called under paragraph 185A (1) (a) of the Act.
