1996 No. 263 BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS - REG 8.08

8.08. For the purposes of subsection 162 (4) of the Act, the remuneration of a
trustee is to be:

   (a)  in accordance with the scale of charges set out in the document
known as the "IPAA Guide to Hourly Rates - effective 1 November 1996",
published by the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia; and

   (b)  at the level of 85 percent of those charges.".
