1996 No. 263 BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS - REG 8.03

Subsection 155C (2) of the Act - prescribed particulars of applicant for registration as a trustee 
8.03. For the purposes of subsection 155C (2) of the Act, the following
details are prescribed in relation to an applicant referred to in that
subsection:

   (a)  the applicant's full name, and any alias;

   (b)  the applicant's business address;

   (c)  the applicant's occupation;

   (d)  the date on which details in respect of the applicant are entered on
        the Index.
