Trustee to inform the Official Receiver of cancellation of objection
7.02. (1) This regulation applies where the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
(the "AAT"), on an application under section 149Q of the Act for review of a
decision of a registered trustee to file a notice of objection to the
discharge of a bankrupt, cancels or varies the decision.
(2) Where this regulation applies, the registered trustee must, by notice in
writing, inform the Official Receiver of the decision of the AAT.
(3) The registered trustee must give the notice within 7 days of being
notified of the decision of the AAT.
Penalty: 1 penalty unit [NOTE: For penalty units, see the Crimes Act 1914, s.
4AA. At the date of making these Regulations the amount of a penalty unit is
$100.]
