Meetings of creditors - modification of Division 5 of Part IV of the Act
4.19. For the purposes of section 76A of the Act, Division 5 of Part IV of the
Act is modified in accordance with Schedule 2 in relation to meetings of
creditors under Division 6 of that Part.
