Section 20J of the Act - prescribed rate of interest on moneys in Common Fund
2.01. For the purposes of section 20J of the Act, the prescribed rate of
interest is 7 percent per year. [NOTE: This rate is prescribed under
subsection 20J (3) of the Act.]
