Modifications of the Act - administration of estates of deceased persons
11.02. For the purposes of subsections 248 (1) and (3) of the Act, the
provisions specified in Schedule 7 are modified in accordance with that
Schedule in relation to proceedings under Part XI of the Act and the
administration of estates under that Part.
