1996 No. 263 BANKRUPTCY REGULATIONS - REG 10.12

10.12. (1) For the purposes of subsection 231 (2) of the Act, the provisions
specified in Part 4 of Schedule 6 are modified in accordance with that Part in
relation to their application, in accordance with that subsection, to a deed
of assignment of a kind mentioned in that subsection.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 231 (4) of the Act, the provisions
specified in Part 3 of Schedule 6 are modified in accordance with that Part in
relation to their application, in accordance with that subsection, to a
trustee of a deed of assignment.
