Modifications of Part VIII of the Act - controlling trustees

10.07. For the purposes of section 210 of the Act, the provisions specified in
Part 3 of Schedule 6 are modified in accordance with that Part in relation to
their application, in accordance with that section, to the controlling trustee
of a debtor.
