1.01. These Regulations may be cited as the Bankruptcy Regulations. [NOTE:
These Regulations are made under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 as amended in
accordance with Schedule 1 to the Bankruptcy Legislation  Amendment Act 1996,
and in exercise of the power conferred by subs. 4 (1) of the
Acts Interpretation Act 1901.]
