7.1 Item 1: Omit "368.00", substitute "800.00".

7.2 Item 9: Omit "368.00", substitute "800.00". (Note: The following notes
should be added at the end of Schedule 4:

"(Notes: 1. Subrule 179 (1AAA) provides for a fee payable by a corporation in
respect of items 1 or 9 to be twice the fee specified in the Schedule. 2. The
fees specified in items 1 and 9 are subject to increase under rule 179A.)")
