1993 No. 90 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 3

3. Rule 162 (Scale of costs)

3.1 After subrule 162 (2A), insert:

"(2B) The costs:

   (a)  specified in this rule and Schedule 3; and

   (b)  incurred on or after the commencement of this subrule; are increased
        by 2.92%.".
