1992 No. 400 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 2

2.1 Subrule 27 (3):
Omit the subrule, substitute:

"(3) The trustee must, within 28 days after the day on which a person becomes
bankrupt, or within any longer period that the Registrar allows after an
application by the trustee:

   (a)  give a notice, stating the occurrence of the bankruptcy, to each of
        the bankrupt's creditors; and

   (b)  if the bankrupt has lodged a statement of affairs-give a summary of
        the statement of affairs to each of the bankrupt's creditors.".
