1992 No. 261 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDEMENT) - RULE 2

2 Rule 27 (Notice of bankruptcy) 
  2.1   Subrule 27 (3):
Omit the subrule, substitute:

"(3) The trustee must give a notice, stating the occurrence of the bankruptcy,
to each creditor:

   (a)  within 28 days after the day on which a person becomes bankrupt; or

   (b)  if the Registrar, on the application of the trustee, allows a longer
        period-within the longer period.".
