7. Rule 35 (Application for approval of composition or scheme)
7.1 Omit the rule, substitute:
Modification of Division 5 of Part IV of the Act
"35. For the purposes of section 76A of the Act, Division 5 of Part IV of the
Act is modified as set out in Schedule 1A.".
