9. Rule 30B (Statement of affairs by joint debtors)

  9.1   Subrule 30B (1):
Omit the subrule, substitute:

"(1) Joint debtors, whether partners or not, must file with the Registrar, in
a form approved by the Inspector-General, a statement of their joint
affairs.".
