1991 No. 117 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 33

  33.1   Add at the end:


"(6) A party on whom a bill of costs is served may, by notice, object to any
item in the bill.

"(7) The notice must:

   (a)  list each item or part of an item in the bill that is objected to; and

   (b)  state briefly the nature and grounds of objection to each item or part
        of an item objected to.

"(8) The party objecting to the bill must file the notice and serve it on each
interested party not less than 2 clear days before the day appointed for
taxing the bill.".
