1991 No. 117 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 3

  3.1   Subrule 4 (1):
Insert the following definition:

"IPAA" means the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, being a
public company limited by guarantee incorporated under subsection 35 (2) of
the Companies (New South Wales) Code;".
