28. Rule 129A (Summons under subsection 81 (1) of the Act)

  28.1   Subrule 129A (1):
Omit "A summons under subsection 81 (1) of the Act shall:", substitute "Unless
the person to be examined is a relevant person within the meaning of section
81 of the Act, a summons under subsection 81 (1) of the Act must:".
