1991 No. 117 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 27

27. Rule 129 (Application for summons under subsection 81 (1) of the Act) 
  27.1   Subrule 129 (1):
Omit "An application to the Court or to the Registrar for a summons under
subsection 81 (1) of the Act shall:", substitute "Unless the person to be
examined is a relevant person within the meaning of section 81 of the Act, an
application to the Court or the Registrar for a summons under subsection 81
(1) of the Act must:".
