1991 No. 117 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 14

  14.1   Omit the rule, substitute:
Opposition to application for discharge

"55. If a creditor who has a provable debt intends to oppose an application
under section 150 of the Act, the creditor must:

   (a)  file:

        (i)    a notice in Form 46; and

        (ii)   an affidavit in accordance with subrule 106 (2); and

   (b)  give a copy of the notice and affidavit, as soon as practicable after
        the notice and affidavit have been filed, to:
   (i)   the bankrupt; and


        (ii)   the trustee; and

        (iii)  if the trustee is a registered trustee-the Official Receiver.".
