1989 No. 4 BANKS (SHAREHOLDINGS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by inserting each of the following in its appropriate alphabetical
        position in Column 3 in item 1:

    " 'MLC Life Limited'

'State Bank of Victoria' ";

 (b) by omitting from Column 3 in item 1 "The
Mutual Life and Citizens' Assurance Company Limited".
