1989 No. 376 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 8

Scale of costs

8. Rule 162 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by inserting after subrule (2A)
the following subrule:

"(2B) The costs:

   (a)  specified in this rule and in Schedule 3; and

   (b)  incurred on or after the commencement of this rule; are increased by
        3.8%.".
