Trustee or solicitor to prepare statements about possible resolutions

4. Rule 75 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting subparagraph (c) (i)
and substituting the following subparagraph:

"(i)if the statement is prepared by a registered trustee-releasing the
property from that control;".
