1989 No. 245 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 6

6. Rule 184 of the Bankruptcy Rules is repealed and the following rule
substituted: Waiver or remission of fees by Inspector-General

"184. Where it is proper to do so because of exceptional circumstances, the
Inspector-General may waive or remit payment of a fee or part of a fee payable
to the Official Trustee.".
