1989 No. 183 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 3

3. Rule 57 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting subparagraph (2A)
(a) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following subparagraphs:

"(i) on the trustee;

   (ii) if the trustee is a registered trustee-on the Official Receiver; and

   (iii) if the first-mentioned person is not the bankrupt-on the bankrupt.".
