1989 No. 183 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 15

Voting at meetings of creditors

15. Rule 100C of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following word and paragraph:

"; and (c) joint and several creditors may vote on resolutions proposed for
joint creditors and on resolutions proposed for separate creditors.".
