1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 9

Objection to discharge 
9. Rule 49 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting from subrule (2) all
the words after "granting leave," and substituting "to be served on:

   (a)  where the trustee is a registered trustee-the Official Receiver;

   (b)  the trustee; and

   (c)  the bankrupt.".
