1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 4

4. After Division 8 of Part II of the Bankruptcy Rules the following Division
is inserted:
                        "Division 8A-Report by trustee


"31A. Where a registered trustee files a report with the Registrar in
accordance with paragraph 19 (1) (c) of the Act, the trustee shall cause a
copy of the report to be sent to the Official Receiver.".
