1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 38
Prescribed rate for purposes of section 20J of the Act
38. Rule 195A of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting "10 per cent" and
substituting "8%".
